Online Registration Instructions

Returning Students

  1. Go to and click on Parent Portal (on navigation banner).

  2. Click on blue parent portal icon.

  3. Enter your username and password.

    1. If you have never logged into parent portal, create a new account under New txConnect user. You will enter and create your own username and password.

  4. Once you have logged in, your student's name with an edit/form button (in blue) should show up on the left hand side of the screen.

    1. If the view/edit forms button is not there, or if your student(s) are not all listed, follow subpoints b, c, & d below.

Student Not Linked b. Go to my account and select Add Student to (or remove from) txConnect. Enter the parent portal ID that is included with this letter. Once the student has been added, follow steps c & d to ensure your email account is linked.

Forms Button Not Visible

    1. Ensure your email address is linked. Click my account, and scroll until you find the email address field. Enter your email and click send verification code. The code will send to your email and you will have to enter the code in the verify code field.

    2. Once the code has been verified, the blue view/edit button should show up next to your student's name. If it does not, call 254-693-5342 and we will help with the setup.

  1. Click view/edit forms. Then click on the word registration in the green boxes.

  2. To fill out a form, click the select button.

  3. Fill out or edit each form and remember to submit with electronic signature.

  4. Once each form has been filled out, a green check will appear next to the forms name. If a red exclamation point is visible, the form has not been submitted.

  5. After all forms have been filled out, online registration is complete.

  6. Check your my account settings to ensure all notifications are set up for the school year, including text message alerts.  Once your phone number is verified, you can subscribe to customized alerts via text or email regarding grades and absences.

Online registration help will be available at school any day. A computer lab will also be open for use to register students online. Phone help available @ 254-693-5342

New Student Enrollment Steps

Parents must register in person at the school. Documents needed: Birth Certificate, Shot Record, & Social Security Card. If they have been enrolled in another school, we can request these records from the school.
